Tuition Fees

Payments are due in full upon registration.  We are committed to keeping our class fees affordable.  With small class sizes and experienced instructors, we ensure you receive the highest value for your language learning journey. In addition, we offer discounts for early registration to make our classes even more accessible.

Policies

CLASS SIZE: A minimum of four students is required to form a class, with a maximum class size of ten.

ABSENCE: Class fees are non-refundable and will not be pro-rated for student absences. Please note that this policy will only be reconsidered in exceptional circumstances.

CLASS RECORDINGS: Core classes are recorded and students who wish to, can watch the recordings after a class.  Each class recording is available only to the students enrolled in the corresponding class.  Recordings are kept for an average of 2 weeks and are deleted at the end of each month.  They are never used outside of class.

CLASS CANCELLATION: If the class you choose is full or if we need to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, we will contact you to offer the option of registering in another class. If you choose not to select an alternative, you will receive a full refund.

If you drop a class before it begins, your registration fee will be refunded, minus a $20 administrative fee. After the first class meeting, no refunds will be issued if you decide to drop the class.

MEMBERSHIP: Alliance Française membership is required for all students. If you are not already a member, please click HERE to purchase your membership. The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase, and you will receive an automatic reminder when it's time to renew.

CLASS REGISTRATION: Please register early to guarantee your spot in a class. By enrolling in our classes, you agree to all conditions of the Alliance Française de Raleigh registration policy.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: AF Raleigh reserves the right to cancel classes and workshops, adjust curricula, and change teachers if necessary without advanced notice.. If your course is cancelled, you will be notified by email and given the option to transfer to another class, to receive an AF Raleigh tuition credit, or to receive a full refund.
