Tribute to Ravel

Tribute to Ravel

Violinist Gabriel Richard and cellist Jesús Castro-Balbi will perform Ravel’s Sonata alongside works by Jean Martinon, Henri Dutilleux, and Augusta Read Thomas. At the heart of the program is the world premiere of Five Duos by the eminent French composer Gilbert Amy, an inventive work dedicated to the performers themselves.
